Ohtani's back-to-back Logoman joins cardboard's priciest sales

PSA said Tuesday it graded a 1/1 Shohei Ohtani card with two gold Logoman patches and autographs in English and Kanji. The card drew a winning offer of $11,000,000 USD.

An anonymous collector pulled it from a pack at Boca Sports Cards in Boca Raton. The Secure portfolio, backed by Kevin O'Leary among others, bought it. Sports Collectors Digest called it the third-highest public card sale ever in July.

Two days later the jersey carrying his first Gold Logoman patch was bidding at four figures. A week on, an unprinted 2026 Gold Logoman redemption passed $2,000,000 USD at Goldin.
