PSA reopens grading with a new Standard tier

PSA called Wednesday's announcement the start of its reopening. A new tier called Standard opens September 14 alongside the tiers PSA already runs. Per cllct, it runs a 90 to 100 day turnaround with a $1,000 USD insured-value cap.

We posted the backlog behind the pause on September 2. PSA's population counts kept climbing while its monthly volume fell. Beckett reopened its own submissions six days after PSA.
