McCarthy's Vikings rookie loses its premium as Murray starts

Kyler Murray takes over the Vikings offense against Green Bay, replacing JJ McCarthy after 10 games and 243 pass attempts as a starter. Murray signed with Minnesota this spring after Arizona released him in March.

The Vikings pay $1,300,000 USD of his $36,800,000 USD 2026 salary. It is the Vikings' fourth different Week 1 starter in four years.
