Topps flagship football's release-week premium won't last

2026 Topps Football released Friday, the first fully licensed Topps flagship football set since 2015. The 400-card base is led by cover athlete Fernando Mendoza, the No. 1 overall pick.
It brings back the 1957 Rookie Variation design, which Topps says is exclusive to Flagship from here on. Mendoza's autographs printed five figures a week later, before his first NFL snap.
