Hancock's Manga Rare Heads Into the New Heroines Set Below Its June Price
A PSA 10 of Boa Hancock's manga rare from 500 Years in the Future sold for $2,580 on Alt on Oct. 15, against $3,750 at its June high.
Raw copies have dropped further. One went for $960 on eBay on Oct. 20, after two sold for around $1,800 in late August.
Bandai's Heroines Edition vol. 2 comes out Oct. 30 at about $5 a pack. It adds two new Hancock cards: EB05-028 and an SP version of her ST17-004 card with new art.
As of Oct. 19, the manga rare has a gem rate of 88% at PSA, with 2,668 PSA 10s out of 3,030 graded.
I put the PSA 10 on our list of the best One Piece cards to buy right now as a buy before Oct. 30. Every PSA 10 sold since July 21 has gone for $3,000 or less.
I'd still buy before vol. 2 opens, with a clean raw copy under $1,000 sent straight to PSA. If raw copies climb back over $1,500 once the new packs are open, a PSA 10 near $2,600 is the better buy.
