10 One Piece Cards to Buy Right Now
With Saint Shamrock joining the card game in November, these are the top 10 One Piece cards to buy in October.

One Piece Heroines Edition vol. 2 goes on sale in English on Oct. 30, with a Luffy, Shanks and Hancock mini case set coming out the same day. Three weeks later The Dominance of God OP18 set brings Saint Shamrock into the card game on Nov. 20.
Crunchyroll releases the English dub of the anime special One Piece Heroines on Oct. 13 and starts the English dub of the anime's Elbaph arc on Oct. 20, with a new episode every Tuesday. Netflix has an anime remake, The One Piece, due in February 2027 and the live-action show's third season, The Battle of Alabasta, due in 2027.
All 10 picks below are English printings, from the game's 2022 English launch through the 2025 set Legacy of the Master. For each one I weighed any new One Piece show or card set tied to the character, how scarce the card is, and where the character placed in the series' official 2026 worldwide popularity poll.
Whether you just pulled your first Luffy or you're chasing manga rares, there's a card on this list for your budget. Every price comes from the card's recent sales through Oct. 12.1
Updated on Oct. 12, 2026.
Budget picks
1. Gear 5 Luffy secret rare, Awakening of the New Era, raw
The cheapest card on the list is also the easiest first pickup for a new collector who wants a Gear 5 Luffy. Raw copies sold for $12.99 USD to $17.99 USD between Oct. 1 and Oct. 11.
Card OP05-119 comes in three versions, with this base card printed as a secret rare. Secret rare is the game's top regular rarity, yet in raw condition the base card is still the cheapest of the three. The alternate art at No. 7 is the second version, while the manga rare, with art built from panels of the manga itself, is the chase of the trio.
Luffy won the 2026 poll with 2,378,519 points. Once The One Piece remake airs with Mayumi Tanaka returning as his Japanese voice, I expect plenty of new collectors to find their way to his cards.
Make sure the listing says which print you're buying, because Bandai reprinted this card with the same number in its Premium Booster and the reprint sells for less.

2. Shanks alternate art, Romance Dawn, raw
Raw copies sold at auction for $56 USD and $63 USD in August.
As a card from Romance Dawn, the game's first English set, this alternate-art Shanks has real first-set appeal at a raw price almost any collector can reach. With Shanks eighth in the 2026 poll and Saint Shamrock joining the card game on Nov. 20, I like this card a lot heading into that release.
Copies have sold for $80 USD to $95 USD since early September. I'd send an offer near the low end of that range instead of paying the asking price. Whichever way you buy, double check the print run, because a Premium Booster reprint of this alternate art sells for much less raw.

3. Nico Robin, 2022 Super Pre-Release, PSA 10
Six PSA 10 copies sold at auction on eBay for $71 USD to $91 USD between Sept. 15 and Oct. 5. Another sold for $98.40 USD with the buyer's premium at a Fanatics Collect auction on Oct. 11.
Bandai made this Super Pre-Release Robin as a promo for the game's English launch events in 2022. It's also the scarcest PSA 10 on this list, with only 872 graded as of Oct. 12.
Robin placed sixth in the 2026 poll and has two new shows on the way, since she appears in the Heroines special and Lera Abova plays her as Miss All Sunday in the live-action third season.
My take, go straight for the PSA 10. Every copy since Sept. 15 sold for under $100 bucks. For that money, I think this Robin is the best scarcity play on the list.

Mid-range picks
4. Roronoa Zoro, English 1st Anniversary Set, PSA 10
Seven PSA 10 copies sold at auction for $781 USD to $987.50 USD between Aug. 30 and Sept. 30.
This Zoro from the English 1st Anniversary Set reprints the Romance Dawn card. Graders hand out 10s on it far more often than 9s, 2,713 to 205 as of Oct. 12. On a card where the 10 is the norm, I wouldn't settle for a 9.
I don't see demand for Zoro cooling off anytime soon, not with a second-place finish to Luffy in the 2026 poll at 2,148,793 points and Mackenyu returning as Zoro in the live-action third season.
I'd bid at auction, where the two most recent copies sold for less than $800 USD each in late September. Buy It Now buyers are paying a premium in October, with one copy that sold for $950 USD on Oct. 2 and another that sold for $900 USD on Oct. 9. The patient buyer will almost always win!

5. Nami Treasure Rare, Wings of the Captain, PSA 10
Five PSA 10 copies sold at auction for $430 USD to $480 USD between Sept. 14 and Sept. 27.
This Treasure Rare brings Nami's starter-deck card back as a chase card in Wings of the Captain packs.
Nami finished fourth in the 2026 poll with 1,007,955 points. I expect her cards to get a nice bump in attention now that the Heroines special, which adapts her chapter of the novel, has had its English dub out since Oct. 13.
There's no need to rush into this one. Nami has more PSA 10s than any other card on this list, 5,192 as of Oct. 12, about six times as many as the Robin at No. 3. New Nami cards in Heroines Edition vol. 2 could draw buyers away from it, starting with a super rare Nami drawn by Kentaro Yabuki that Bandai posted on Oct. 5. I'd watch how collectors take to that card before paying the top of this range.

6. Jewelry Bonney manga rare, Legacy of the Master, PSA 10
Eight PSA 10 copies sold at auction on eBay for $800 USD to $930 USD between Sept. 26 and Oct. 11.
With more than 50 PSA 10 sales in 90 days, Bonney's manga rare always has a fresh comp to check an asking price against. Her card also grades about as clean as anything on this list. Of the 2,956 copies PSA had graded as of Oct. 12, 2,631 came back a 10, a gem rate of 89 percent.
Bonney placed 46th in the 2026 poll, the lowest of the seven characters on this list, but as the only mid-range manga rare, her card makes a great first one for a collector building toward the high-end picks. Fan-service sells to One Piece collectors.

7. Gear 5 Luffy alternate art, Awakening of the New Era, PSA 10
Five PSA 10 copies sold at auction for $400 USD to $451 USD between Oct. 5 and Oct. 12.
The Gear 5 manga rare is a five-figure card, with PSA 10 copies that sold at auction for $15,100 USD to $16,400 USD between Sept. 27 and Oct. 7. This alternate art is the one graded Gear 5 most collectors can feasibly own. A PSA 10 comes up for auction every few days, with 5,195 graded as of Oct. 12. Set your max from the recent sales and let an auction go when it runs past that number, because the next one is only days away.
Korean and Premium Booster versions share the card number and look nearly identical in a listing photo. The slab label is the quickest way to tell them apart. Just look for the Awakening of the New Era OP-05 set number.

High-end picks
8. Roronoa Zoro manga rare, Wings of the Captain, PSA 10
Five PSA 10 copies sold at auction on eBay for $4,190 USD to $4,420 USD between Aug. 30 and Oct. 11. The latest sold for $4,300 USD on Oct. 11.
The 1st Anniversary card at No. 4 puts a Zoro in your binder. This one goes in the display case. The manga text bubbles in the background are iconic. Zoro's vow to become the world's greatest swordsman will live on forever in this card. Expect a bidding war the next time this card shows up. On Sept. 15, users bid 49 times to snag a hammer price of $4,420 USD.

9. Shanks manga rare, Romance Dawn, PSA 10
Six PSA 10 copies sold at auction for $4,300 USD to $5,100 USD between Aug. 25 and Oct. 11.
This is the card that started the manga rare chase. Samurai Sword Tokyo's guide to Romance Dawn calls it the first card in the game to use original manga panel artwork. This card is the ultimate Shanks grail for me, a step above the alternate art at No. 2. It's also the hardest of the manga rares on this list to find in a 10, with only 1,566 graded as of Oct. 12.
The Dominance of God brings Saint Shamrock into the card game on Nov. 20. Manga readers already know why that matters to Shanks collectors. A new Shamrock chase card is the kind of release that sends collectors back to the original Shanks.
A PSA 10 has closed about every two weeks since late August. I'd buy before Nov. 20 and wait for one that sells for around $4,300 rather than chase the top of that range.
Make sure the slab you're paying for holds the Romance Dawn original, because Bandai also put this art in a Premium Booster.

10. Boa Hancock manga rare, 500 Years in the Future, PSA 10
Six PSA 10 copies sold at auction on eBay for $2,572 USD to $3,000 USD between July 21 and Oct. 11.
According to Samurai Sword Tokyo, Hancock made One Piece card history as the first female character to get a manga rare. She also placed 12th in the 2026 poll. I'm surprised she ranked so low.
You can find her alongside fellow One Piece household names Luffy and Shanks in the mini case set coming out Oct. 30, the same day as Heroines Edition vol. 2. I'd buy this one before that week, when more collectors start looking for a Hancock and this manga rare is the one they'll measure every new card against. Six PSA 10s have sold since July 21 and none went for more than $3,000 USD. I want one in my case before Oct. 30 tests that ceiling.

Next month's list will have the first sales of Heroines Edition vol. 2 and the new mini case set cards. Stay tuned!

Prices are completed sales on eBay and Fanatics Collect, checked on Oct. 12, 2026, against the recent sales recorded for each card at the same grade. Fanatics Collect prices include the buyer's premium. The Nico Robin, 1st Anniversary Zoro, Treasure Rare Nami and Gear 5 Luffy alternate art population counts are from PSA's population report as compiled by GemRate on Oct. 12, 2026, and leave out autographed copies.↩
