10 Lorcana Cards to Buy Right Now
Before Hyperia City reaches stores on Oct. 23, these are the top 10 Lorcana cards to buy in October.

Ravensburger named its next Disney Lorcana set Hyperia City after Hyperion Studio, where Disney created Mickey Mouse. With players cracking packs at prerelease events starting Oct. 16, a week before the set reaches stores on Oct. 23, several of my picks are going to feel that release.
Not every Lorcana player wants to spend Iconic money. I started with cards any player can grab and worked up to the Enchanted and Iconic grails. All prices are what the card sold for through Oct. 12.1
Updated on Oct. 12, 2026.
Lorcana's chase cards come in two rarities, Enchanted and Iconic. Pulling an Iconic, the rarer of the two, is the grail of any Lorcana rip. Seven of my ten picks are one or the other.
Budget picks
1. Elinor, Renowned Diplomat, Wilds Unknown, raw
Raw copies sold on eBay for $8.99 USD to $9.99 USD between Sept. 15 and 17.
The demand for this card comes from tournament players. Wojciech Złomek of Poland won Lorcana's European Championship at Disneyland Paris in September with 11 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw, piloting a deck that runs the Amber and Emerald ink colors and is named "Elinor" after this card.
Hyperia City is the first new set since that win. If the new cards beat the Elinor deck, players will sell their copies. Find a quality copy of this card, submit it for grading and hold onto a piece of Lorcana lore forever.

2. The First Chapter booster pack, sealed
If you want the rush of a rip on a budget, start with the set that started it all. Sealed packs sold on eBay for $12.99 USD and $15 USD in late September.
Each pack from the 2023 set holds 12 cards and a shot at one of its Enchanteds, including Enchanted Elsa. Fans who track their pack openings find an Enchanted in about one pack in 96 to 100.
Ravensburger reprinted the set after first-print packs ran short in 2023. However, there was no 1st edition label on any of these packs. So it's impossible to tell whether you are buying the first print... or the last.

3. We Don't Talk About Bruno, Enchanted, Ursula's Return, raw
Raw copies sold for about $39 USD on TCGplayer from Oct. 2 to 7.
The Enchanted version of the popular Encanto song card was printed in the Ursula's Return set. Disney has confirmed an Encanto attraction for Animal Kingdom's new Tropical Americas land in 2027. Hyperia City has no Encanto card to compete with this one.
Collectors looking to master their sets are the only ones buying this card, since Ursula's Return is Lorcana's fourth set and is considered legacy for tournament play. The earliest set tournament players can construct decks from starts at Lorcana's ninth set, Fabled. Buy it for the master set and hold it long-term.

Mid-range picks
4. Aladdin & Genie, Mischievous Pals, Enchanted, Attack of the Vine, raw
Most raw copies sold for about $165 USD to $169 USD on TCGplayer from Oct. 4 to 11.
I like this Enchanted because players can still use Attack of the Vine cards in tournaments. Every Lorcana deck is built from two of the game's six ink colors. Coverage of the European Championship singled out the regular version of this card as one that counts as both Amethyst and Emerald. The regular version sold more than 800 times at about $1 USD a copy in the 90 days through Oct. 9, which tells me players are putting it in their decks.
The risk is that neither deck in the European final, Amber/Emerald or Emerald/Steel, ran both Amethyst and Emerald. If Hyperia City's new cards crowd that pairing out of tournament play, collectors would be left as this Enchanted's only buyers limiting the opportunity to sell the top of the tournament play hype cycle.

5. Belle, Accomplished Mystic, Enchanted, Fabled, raw
Eight raw copies sold for $260 USD to $450 USD between July 12 and Oct. 7.
Belle gets two new versions in October. Hyperia City adds a new Belle Enchanted, Belle, Exceptional Writer. Ravensburger's next Curator's Collection box, with a Belle promo of its own, goes on sale Oct. 16 at select Disney stores.
The catch is that a new printing of Belle, Hidden Archer in the box could pull Belle buyers away from this one. Check for sales after the new Curator's Collection box drops on Oct. 16 before you pay.

6. Dumbo, Ninth Wonder of the Universe, Enchanted, Fabled, raw
Raw copies sold at auction for $480 USD to $690 USD between July 13 and Aug. 25.
Dumbo isn't in Hyperia City, which leaves this Enchanted without a new version competing for the same buyers when the set reaches stores Oct. 23.
No raw copy has sold at auction since Aug. 25. I'd make an offer near the low end of that range on the next listing, before Dumbo's birthday on Oct. 23.

7. Elsa, Spirit of Winter, Enchanted, The First Chapter, PSA 9
PSA 9 copies sold for $875 USD to $1,000 USD between Aug. 24 and Oct. 1.
Enchanted Elsa was the chase card of Lorcana's first set. Its PSA 10 is still the most traded graded card from The First Chapter, with 26 sales in 90 days, but the 9 is the copy I'd go after because it's scarcer. The hypothesis is that with a scarcer 9, its price multiple will hold up better against its more sought after PSA 10 cousin. PSA had graded 2,528 copies of this Elsa a 10 and only 1,325 a 9 as of Oct. 12.

High-end picks
8. Winnie the Pooh, Hunny Wizard, Enchanted, Fabled, PSA 10
Three PSA 10 copies sold for $3,720 USD to $4,500 USD in September. The latest sold for $4,500 USD on Sept. 23, still well under the $5,600 USD a copy sold for on July 24.
Pooh has had no shortage of catalysts, from the Hunny Wizard playmat Ravensburger sold at D23 in August to an authorized Winnie-the-Pooh sequel, A Little Boy and His Bear, that came out in Britain on Oct. 8, a century after the first book.
Even so, PSA 10 prices fell in the run-up to the first book's centenary, with every September sale below the July high. Only five PSA 10 copies sold in the 90 days through Oct. 12. I'd bid under the range and see if you can find an impatient seller.

9. Mickey Mouse, Brave Little Tailor, 2022 D23 Expo promo, PSA 9
PSA 9 copies sold at eBay auctions for $1,427 USD to $2,025 USD between Sept. 24 and Oct. 12.
The Lorcana booth at the D23 Expo in Anaheim gave this Mickey away free from Sept. 9 to 11, 2022, making it the first Lorcana card the public could get. Because no other event gave it out, this promo is the closest thing Lorcana collectors have to a rookie card.
The 10 is barely scarcer than the 9 on this promo, 753 graded against 725 as of Oct. 12.
Hyperia City's new Best in Town Mickey could draw some Mickey buyers away, but a new card can't take this one's place as Lorcana's first. Zoom in on the slab label in the listing photo. The original reads 2022 and D23 Expo, unlike the later D23 Collection reprint that has the exact same name and sells for far less.

10. Mickey Mouse, Brave Little Prince, Iconic, Fabled, PSA 9
Every top 10 needs a grail. Mine is an Iconic Mickey. PSA 9 copies sold at Fanatics Collect auctions for $4,560 USD and $4,320 USD on Sept. 20 and Oct. 11. At under 5k, the PSA 9 Brave Little Prince is the chase likely to hold its value over time.
This is a first-year Iconic of Mickey himself, from the set that introduced Iconic cards to Lorcana in 2025. PSA had graded only 89 copies a 9 by Oct. 12, against 675 that came back PSA 10. With that few 9s around, I'm bidding on the next one I see instead of waiting for a better auction.
Iconic won't be the top chase forever, since Ravensburger plans to print only 23 copies of each Illustrious card in 2027. Before then, I'll be watching how Hyperia City's Best in Town Mickey trades against this one once it reaches stores on Oct. 23.

Hyperia City will have a few weeks in stores by the time I update this list in November.

Prices are completed sales on eBay, TCGplayer, Fanatics Collect and Alt, checked on Oct. 12, 2026, against the recent sales recorded for each card at the same grade. Fanatics Collect prices include the buyer's premium. The Enchanted Elsa, D23 Expo Mickey and Iconic Mickey population counts are from PSA's population report as compiled by GemRate on Oct. 12, 2026, and leave out autographed copies.↩
